I see therapy as dedicated time to care for yourself in a deeper way. I help clients find hope and clarity through transition, change, and uncertainty.
Clients often describe me as warm, reliable, and grounding. I bring a thoughtful, observant, and deeply present approach to the therapy room, and I value creating a space where people feel genuinely seen and supported without judgment.
I’m not from one place, but many, and my transient childhood gave me a deep appreciation for transition, belonging, and the experience of feeling new or out of place. I am a parent, spouse, and manage a chronic autoimmune disease. Outside of the office, you can usually find me baking in my kitchen, tending my garden, or following my dog Lola around the neighborhood.
