I work with people who are exhausted from holding it all together. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who have spent years trying to think their way through challenges, yet still find themselves repeating the same patterns or questioning their own decisions. I help clients understand what's keeping them stuck.
Clients often describe me as warm, reliable, and grounding. I bring a thoughtful, observant, and deeply present approach to therapy, creating a space where you can slow down, feel genuinely seen, and explore difficult experiences without fear of judgment. Together, we'll build insight that leads to meaningful, lasting change rather than simply understanding the problem.
My own experiences have shaped the therapist I am today. Growing up in a transient family gave me a deep appreciation for transition, belonging, and what it feels like to start over. As a parent, spouse, and someone living with a chronic autoimmune disease, I understand that life is often more complicated than it appears from the outside. Those experiences have strengthened my belief that healing happens through compassion, curiosity, and authentic connection. Outside the office, you'll usually find me baking in my kitchen, tending my garden, or following my dog, Lola, around the neighborhood.
