Starting therapy often means something isn’t working the way it used to. You might feel stuck in patterns you can’t quite shift, overwhelmed by a transition, or frustrated that insight hasn’t translated into change.
My approach is both thoughtful and practical. I want to understand how you got here but also help you figure out what to do next. Together, we’ll look at the patterns shaping your thoughts, relationships, and decisions, and begin to make intentional changes that actually hold.
I work well with people who are used to pushing through or figuring things out on their own, but realize something deeper needs attention. Together, we’ll slow things down enough to understand what’s happening, while also staying focused on helping you move forward in a way that feels clear and sustainable.
Clients often describe me as direct, grounded, and engaged. I’ll ask meaningful questions, notice patterns, and help you stay connected to what matters.
