I believe understanding ourselves sometimes means making room for the parts of our lives that are difficult, uncomfortable, or hard to put into words. I work with individuals navigating emotional challenges, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, helping them explore their experiences with curiosity and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, look beneath the surface, and begin making sense of feelings and experiences that may not have easy answers.
My approach is thoughtful, exploratory, and open to complexity. I want to understand how you experience the world, what has shaped your perspective, and what happens when life doesn't unfold the way you hoped. We can make room for difficult emotions and conflicting feelings without needing to resolve everything right away. Over time, this process can help you develop greater self-understanding and discover new possibilities for how you relate to yourself and others.
