“Therapy offers a space to deconstruct what we were taught through trauma, both about ourselves, and about others. It gives us a new blueprint for safe and secure relationships, and overtime, we can begin building a meaningful relationship with ourselves.”

I see therapy as a place to pause, take a breath, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
Clients often describe me as grounded, peaceful, and insightful. I aim to create a safe space where you can bring your full self without judgment.
I’ve held professional positions in healthcare, human resources, and customer service before becoming a counselor. Each role gave me a front-row seat to the many ways people adapt, connect, and cope in times of stress and change, experiences I call on as a therapist today. A Pacific Northwest native, I can be found on a hiking trail or cheering on the Reign outside the office.
